  • Fill out the Order Form or request one via email. You confirm your participation with the application form. Be sure to read the General Terms and Conditions before filling out the application form, as they are an integral part of the Application Form
  • Send the filled out Order Form via email to the PLACE2GO representative at damjana@place2go.hr or roberto@place2go.hr
  • After receiving the application form, we will mark the reservation of your space on the floor plan, and send you a confirmation of the reservation

WHAT IS THE COST OF A BOOTH?

  • Booths are priced at EUR 100 / m2 (excl. VAT)
  • Standard booths available in 8, 16, 24 and 40 m2 sizes

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE INSTALLED BOOTH PRICE?

  • Octanorm booth structure
  • Lighting and power connection
  • Sign board with company logo
  • One-time cleaning prior to the trade show opening
  • Inclusion in the List of Exhibitors on the PLACE2GO website
  • Inclusion in the List of Exhibitors in the digital PLACE2GO Trade Show Catalog
  • Inclusion in the PLACE2GO Trade Show App
  • Grey carpet

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INSTALLED BOOTH PRICE?

  • Furniture (can be additionally ordered at the price of HRK 550.00 + VAT for the furniture package)
  • Additional promotion on the trade show exhibition floor (paid in addition to base booth price)
  • Additional sign boards (on multiple-exhibitor booths)

ARE EXHIBIT SPACES (WITHOUT BOOTHS) AVAILABLE FOR LEASE?

  • 24 m2 or larger exhibit spaces are available for lease
  • At 70 EUR / m2 (excl. VAT), the exhibit space lease rate is just 30% lower than the installed booth rate
  • The lease rate includes a carpeted space and a power connection

WHEN THE BOOTH IS PAID?

  • 30% of the total amount when booking the stand (sending the Application Form), and 70% 15 days before the date of the fair

IS THE MONEY BACK IF THE FAIR IS NOT HELD?

If the fair is canceled due to force majeure up to 15 days before the date of the fair, the organizer refunds the exhibitors in full, if the fair due to force majeure can not be held and the deadline of 15 days before the fair, exhibitors can use 100% of the amount paid on the first at the next fair organized by PLACE2GO

ARE ADDITIONAL FORMS OF PROMOTION POSSIBLE?

There are several additional forms of promotion. Some of them are:

  • Broadcasting of promotional videos and commercials on the big screen
  • Company logo printed on accreditation laces
  • Branding of the central part of the fair space
  • Branding the driveway to the main hall
  • Branding of the main external entrance to the fair space
  • Fair newspaper branding
  • Branding in front of the hall (outdoor uncovered space)
